Product Use
All of our customers should use common sense when using any of our products.
Magic Matt's Brilliant Blinky's assumes no responsibility for misuse of
products.
Some of our products contain small parts and are not intended for children
under 3. Adult supervision recommended for children under 5.
Refund/Return Policy
Magic Matt's Brilliant Blinky's does not sell merchandise on approval.
Refunds and returns are only made for defective merchandise or shortages.
Shortages: Any order that is shipped incomplete will be completed by
Magic Matt's Brilliant Blinky's. We will either ship the missing items
at no additional shipping charge or give credit for future purchases.
Notification of shortages must be made within 3 days of receipt of merchandise.
Defective merchandise: If any merchandise is defective, Magic Matt's
Brilliant Blinky's will replace it . Shipping charges are not refundable.
Notification of defective merchandise must be made within 5 days of receipt
of merchandise. Magic Matt's Brilliant Blinky's may require that the defective
merchandise be returned. DO NOT return any merchandise without first getting
a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Returning unused product: If you need to return unused product, you will
be charged a restocking fee of 30% of the value of the returned product
that Magic Matt's Brilliant Blinky's determines to be usable. There will
be no credit issued for product that is damaged in shipment due to insufficient
packaging. If you would like to exchange unused product, you will be charged
a restocking fee of 30% of the value of the returned product that Magic
Matt's Brilliant Blinky's determines to be usable. All shipping costs
for returns and exchanges will be covered by you, the buyer.
NOTE: You must get a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number from
Magic Matt's Brilliant Blinky's before sending back any merchandise. Also,
you must pay for the return shipment.
Shipping Guarantee
Shipping guarantees for certain delivery dates are only made for phone
orders and only for orders shipped by FedEx. Guarantee applies to shipping
charges only.

In the event that a product is listed at an incorrect price or with other
incorrect information due to a typographical or other error, Magic Matt's
Brilliant Blinky's shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders
placed for the product listed incorrectly. Magic Matt's Brilliant Blinky's
shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not
the order has been confirmed and/or your credit card has been charged.
If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your
order is canceled, Magic Matt's Brilliant Blinky's shall issue a credit
to your credit card account in the amount of the charge. If a product
offered by Magic Matt's Brilliant Blinky's is not as described, your sole
remedy is to return it to Magic Matt's Brilliant Blinky's for a refund.
Occasionally Magic Matt may substitute an item for an item of similar
description due to shortages and supply changes.

and/or service marks or registered trademarks and/or service marks of
